Non-Conventional Casino Games You Should Try Out ASAP!

Non-Conventional Casino Games

If you love playing casino games but complain about not finding anything new, non-traditional games may be just what you’re looking for. Options like the Aviator casino game give you a whole new experience and combine it with great payout potential.

You don’t just have to play slot machines and table games anymore: online casino Vegas now offer many modern and innovative options. So, what are these non-conventional casino games, and how do they work? We answer these questions below.

Multiplier Games

Multiplier games first appeared on crypto casino sites as these casinos had trouble combining traditional games with blockchain technology: they needed new and modern options. However, they soon became popular on regular casino sites, too, as cryptocurrencies were not required for their operation, and they were a lot of fun. Moreover, they were able to pay more than many other casino games.

Aviator was one of the earliest examples of them. It was published by Spribe in February 2019 and quickly gained huge popularity. Currently, although there are many other games using the same mechanics, Aviator still remains the most played multiplier game. If we explain how it works, you can also understand how games in this category are played.

Aviator Game Mechanics

When you first look at the Aviator interface, you may be a little surprised because it looks like a trader’s terminal. In fact, it is a very easy game to understand and play: the interface is divided into three sections, and on the far left, you can follow both your own bets and the bets of other players.

The middle of the interface is the part where the game is played. On the far right is the chat screen: this is a game with multiplayer features and can be played with hundreds of people at the same time.

Aviator is a game that never stops. You can join a new game whenever you want and play it on mobile too. When a new round starts, you will see an ever-rising plane in the middle of the screen and constantly increasing numbers. So, what do they mean?

  • Players have a certain amount of time to place bets before a new game starts. When this time expires, the game starts automatically.
  • In the middle of the screen, you see an ever-increasing multiplier value and an ever-rising plane. Your goal is to click the “cash out” button before the plane crashes.
  • If the plane is still in the air when you click this button, you will receive a payment based on the multiplier value displayed on the screen at that moment. For example, let’s say you place a bet of 1.00 USD/EUR and press the cash out button when the multiplier value reaches 2.51x: you will instantly win 2.51 USD/EUR.
  • The longer you wait, the higher the multiplier value, so the more you can win. But waiting too long can also cause the plane to crash, and you lose your bet if that happens. That’s what makes the game fun: if you hit the cash out button at the right moment, you always win something.

Provably Fair Games with Engagement Features

This interesting gameplay isn’t the only distinguishing feature of multiplier games like Aviator. They also have features that are not found in traditional games, and that’s why they are called “modern”. By playing games like Aviator, you also get the following benefits:

Provably Fair Gameplay

This was a feature that was only for games running on the blockchain until recently but is now available for regular casino games via browser add-ons too. “Provably fair” simply allows you as a player to test how fair the game results are at any time.

So, you no longer need to see the fairness report of an independent auditor like eCOGRA: you can see for yourself whether a game is fair or not. This is how this technology works:

  • As soon as the player clicks the “play” button, a “seed” is formed both on his device and on the server where the game is located.
  • The outcome of the game is decided by a SHA512 file created by combining these two seeds.
  • The player can test how fair the result is by checking both his own seed and the server seed at any time.

We can liken it to an RNG (random number generator) application where the player can check the validity of the results, but it offers more than that because the round results are now calculated by including the user devices.

Social Features

Multiplier games also have many social features. Players playing these games can communicate and share using the chat feature. They can see each other’s bets (and the results of those bets).

A robot can post a promotion on the chat screen at random times: for example, for ten minutes, each player gets 5 free spins. These social features make multiplier games much more fun and charming.
