The Basics of SaaS Content Marketing!

SaaS stands for Software-as-a-Service. The Content Marketing Institute defines ‘SaaS content marketing’ as the ‘creation and distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience—and, ultimately, to drive profitable customer action.’

This definition may sound a lot like content marketing in general, and that’s because the two are very closely related. SaaS content marketing can be seen as a subcategory of content marketing with a few key distinctions. For starters, SaaS content marketing is focused on a specific type of product: software delivered as a service, typically on a subscription basis.
